In der Praxis zeigt sich immer wieder: Blockaden entstehen selten durch fehlendes Engagement, sondern durch verdeckte Unterschiede in dem, was mit denselben Begriffen eigentlich gemeint ist.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Zentrum meiner Methodik steht die gezielte Arbeit an Bedeutung. \u00dcber ein strukturiertes Brainwriting mache ich zun\u00e4chst individuelle Begriffsverst\u00e4ndnisse sichtbar \u2013 effizient, niedrigschwellig und ohne Diskussion. In Kleinteams werden diese Bedeutungen verglichen, Differenzen identifiziert und erste Spannungsfelder benannt. Anschlie\u00dfend werden die unterschiedlichen Verst\u00e4ndnisse im Gesamtteam zusammengef\u00fchrt, gespiegelt und gemeinsam reflektiert.
