Die Oktagon\u2011Gruppe richtet sich an F\u00fchrungspersonen und Verantwortungstragende aus Organisationen unterschiedlicher Art \u2013 Unternehmen, Bildungsinstitutionen, Non\u2011Profit\u2011Organisationen oder andere gesellschaftlich wirksame Organisationen. Angesprochen sind Menschen, die komplexe Fragestellungen zu bearbeiten haben, strategische oder strukturelle Entscheidungen treffen und den professionellen Austausch auf Augenh\u00f6he sch\u00e4tzen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Die Teilnahme er\u00f6ffnet Zugang zu einem starken, vertrauensvollen Netzwerk<\/strong> sowie zu kollegialer Fallberatung mit hohem Praxisnutzen. Eigene Fragestellungen aus dem organisatorischen Alltag werden strukturiert bearbeitet, unterschiedliche Perspektiven gezielt genutzt und neue Handlungsoptionen entwickelt. Erg\u00e4nzt wird die Arbeit der Gruppe durch Fachinputs ausgew\u00e4hlter Expertinnen und Experten, abgestimmt auf die aktuellen Themen der Teilnehmenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
