Besonders in kooperationsintensiven Kontexten \u2013 innerhalb von Organisationen ebenso wie zwischen Organisationen \u2013 treffen unterschiedliche Logiken, Rollen, Interessen und Kulturen aufeinander. In der Begleitung solcher Prozesse unterst\u00fctze ich Organisationen dabei, diese Dynamiken bewusst wahrzunehmen, zu reflektieren und konstruktiv zu gestalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus systemischer Perspektive stehen Beziehungen, Kommunikationsmuster und Entscheidungslogiken im Zentrum. Implizite Annahmen, Erwartungen und Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeiten werden sichtbar gemacht und in den Dialog gebracht. Ziel ist es, Kooperationsf\u00e4higkeit zu st\u00e4rken, Schnittstellen zu kl\u00e4ren und tragf\u00e4hige Formen der Abstimmung und Verantwortung zu entwickeln \u2013 sowohl intern als auch organisations\u00fcbergreifend.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meine Begleitung verbindet systemisches Denken mit strukturierter Prozessgestaltung. Sie schafft Orientierung in komplexen Situationen, erm\u00f6glicht Lernen im laufenden Betrieb und unterst\u00fctzt Organisationen darin, Entwicklungsschritte zu finden, die anschlussf\u00e4hig, realistisch und nachhaltig sind.
